The agreement between you and GeoRank Services when you use this website or engage us for work.

Acceptance
By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Services and scope
We provide SEO, GEO, AEO, keyword research, content writing, on-page optimization, website audits and optimization of business profiles you own or are authorised to manage. Every engagement is defined by a written scope agreed by email before work begins. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
No guarantee of results
Search engines and AI systems are third-party platforms we do not control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, revenue, featured snippets or citations in any AI assistant. Outcomes depend on competition, the quality and technical state of your website, your market, and how quickly recommendations are implemented. Any figures shown in case studies describe past projects and are not a prediction.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access required to deliver the work. You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage every website, account and business profile you ask us to work on, and that content you supply does not infringe third-party rights.
Payment
There is no online checkout on this website. Once scope is agreed we issue an invoice by email. One-off projects are payable before delivery unless agreed otherwise; monthly plans are billed in advance each period. Late payment may pause delivery.
Revisions and acceptance
Deliverables include two rounds of revision within 14 days of delivery. After that period, or after the second round, further changes are quoted as new work.
Intellectual property
On full payment, all deliverables produced for you become your property. We retain the right to describe the work in anonymised form unless you ask us in writing not to. This website's content, design and branding remain our property.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement. We will sign a separate NDA on request.
Acceptable use
We do not create fake accounts, buy links, manipulate reviews, or perform work on properties you do not control. We may decline or terminate work that would breach a platform's terms or applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected deliverable. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost rankings.
Termination
Monthly plans may be cancelled by either party with 14 days' written notice. One-off projects may be cancelled before work starts for a full refund; after work starts, the refund policy applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith by direct negotiation.
