Refund Policy
We'd rather fix the work than keep money for something you're unhappy with. Here's exactly how that works.

Before work begins
If you cancel before we start, you receive a full refund, no questions asked. 'Started' means research, auditing or writing has begun, which we confirm by email.
Work in progress
If you cancel partway through, we refund pro-rata for deliverables not yet produced. Completed deliverables are handed over and remain yours.
Delivered work
Tell us within 14 days of delivery if something doesn't meet the agreed scope. We will revise it at no cost. If after two rounds of revision it still does not meet the written scope, we refund that deliverable in full.
What is not refundable
We cannot refund based on ranking, traffic or revenue outcomes, because no agency controls search engine or AI system behaviour. We also cannot refund work delayed or blocked by missing access, missing feedback or changes you asked for outside the agreed scope.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans are billed in advance. Cancel with 14 days' notice and the current period completes as normal; the following period is not charged. Unused deliverables within a paid period may be carried over one month by agreement.
How to request a refund
Email info@georankservices.online with your invoice reference and a short description of the issue. We acknowledge within two business days and resolve within ten. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method.
