GeoRank Services ('we', 'us') operates georankservices.online and provides SEO, GEO, content and website optimization services. For the purposes of the GDPR we act as data controller for enquiry data and as data processor for client data we access to deliver work.

Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to answer your enquiry and deliver services:

• Contact and enquiry data you submit: name, email, business name, website, country, service interest and message content.
• Client delivery data: analytics or search console access you choose to grant, and content or credentials you share with us.
• Technical data: basic, aggregated request information generated by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

How we use your information

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver contracted services, issue invoices, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing.

Legal bases (GDPR)

We rely on: your consent when you submit a form; performance of a contract when delivering services; legitimate interests in operating and securing the website; and legal obligation for financial records.

Form submissions and email

Forms on this website are transmitted to our business inbox at info@georankservices.online through a third-party form delivery service, which processes the submission solely to deliver it to us. Your message is then stored in our email system.

Data retention

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client project records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus six years where required for tax and accounting. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Sharing and processors

We share data only with service providers necessary to run the business — website hosting, form delivery, email, and accounting. Each is bound by contract to protect your data. We never sell or rent personal information.

International transfers

Some processors operate outside your country. Where data leaves the EEA or UK we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The 'last updated' date above always reflects the current version.
